Tuesday – Thursday: 9am – 8pm 
Friday: 9am – 6pm 
Saturday: 9am – 3pm

 Appointments:

Please give us at least a 24-hour notice for services and 48-hour notice for Spa Packages. If you are unable to keep any appointment less than will be charged full service value. We understand things come up, so PLEASE! Call us or leave a voice message as soon as you know you can’t make your appointment. We will be more than happy to reschedule a new time for you.

If you do not confirm your appointment or appointments we could assume you are not coming. So, please be sure to always confirm.

Spa Packages: Require a 20%, non-refundable deposit at the time of booking to reserve the appointments. A 48-hour advance notice is required for any spa package changes. Less than 48-hour notice to cancel or reschedule appointments will be charged full service value. Not showing up for scheduled appointments will be charged full value of services.

Etiquette: We ask that you please arrive 10 minutes early for all appointments and 15 minutes early for spa packages.

Tardiness will alter your services, but you will be charged the same. 

To be considerate to all clients:  NO children if they don’t have an appointment.

Silence your cell phone and use soft voices in our spa area, please. Thank you for being understanding and considerate to others receiving services.

Gratuities are not included in service. It is appropriate to tip 20% and is greatly appreciated.

Gift cards are for services (except hair) and any products.
Methods of payment: Visa, MasterCard or cash.
Not responsible for any lost, left or stolen items.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.

Gift cards are not refundable and cannot be replaced if lost, stolen or damaged. Gift cards must be presented at time of service.
